George Hazen is a great realtor who is easy to work with and was really as invested in selling my house as I was.

He helped guide me through which renovations would bring the most return and how to stage and add curb appeal that would show off the best features of my property. Then we looked at the selling prices of comparable houses and discussed the asking price that I would want after considering my investment and any other expenses. He walked me through all the paperwork and answered all my questions. He had a professional photographer who took fantastic pictures. Within a week we had two offers and closed within a month. I don?t think I could have found a better realtor.
